sioc 4.0 window7 et fsx galère

bonjour les copains,
je viens d'acquerrir un overhead panel qui fonctionne sous open cocpkit donc sioc....
je n'y entend rien donc je demande de l'aide...
donc pour resumer j'utilise prosim (license enregistree)+fsx +avion de jetstream+fsuipc (licence enregistré)+sioc4.0 tout cela sous window7 64bits.
lorsque je branche :
sioc+controlador en mode test tout cela fonctionne plutot bien en mode test display, servos inter ...
lorsque je branche fsx puis sioc puis prosim et prosimpanel et bien sur l'overhead que neni rien ne se passe pas meme une petite led qui s'allume.
pour le matos sur l'overheadpanel :
1 carte usb extension alimentée en 5v
2 cartes master (A et B) sur j1 et j2 de l'usb extention alimentée en 5v chacune
2 cartes displays connectée sur j4 master A
au nivau du script sioc.siss et sioc.ini je vous joins une copie et un screen de sioc en marche avec fsx et prosim
fichier sioc.ini
et pourtant rien ne fonctionne sur l'overhead pas meme une lumière.
